As an agent you benefit however the customer decides to proceed by offering either a simple kit supply, supply and erect or full build service.

Ideally agents will be NHBC registered house builders. If not NHBC registered you must be able to recommend a suitably qualified professional able to supervise the work and issue the CML (Council of Mortgage Lenders) Professional Consultant Certificate.

We will also consider sales agents but you must have access to competent builders and / or building trades people and be able to offer a project management service, if required.
